RETURN, CANCELLATION AND DELIVERY

Delivery Terms

Once your order is approved, it will be dispatched within 1–2 business days.

Orders placed by 2:00 PM on weekdays will be shipped on the same day.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be shipped on the next business day.

Your order will be delivered to the shipping address you provided. One of the most common reasons for delivery delays is incomplete or incorrect address information. Please ensure that your delivery address is entered accurately and in full.

As billing address details cannot be changed after invoicing, please verify the accuracy of your invoice information before confirming your order.

If you wish to cancel your order before it enters the shipping process, it is sufficient to notify us in writing at info@kokuakademi.com. Our customer service team will cancel your order and refund the full purchase amount to your credit card or bank account.

If the courier is unable to reach anyone at the delivery address, you will be required to collect your shipment from the nearest courier branch.


Return Terms

Returns must be made together with the original box or packaging.

Products whose original box or packaging has been damaged, that have lost their resalable condition, or that cannot be resold to another customer will not be accepted for return.

You must include the original invoice along with the product(s) you wish to return.

If the product you wish to return is damaged, you must inspect the item in the presence of the courier, prepare a damage report, and refuse delivery. In such cases, the shipping cost will be covered by our company. In all other cases, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

If more than 7 days have passed since the delivery date of the product, the return request shall be deemed invalid.
